A serial entrepreneur, Rini has led PAKRA since its inception in 2008. She brings more than 20 years of experience and passion as a consultant in enhancing customer experience, generating customer value, implementing Lean and Six Sigma and large-scale organizational change, and integrating core and support functions after an M&A event. She specializes in sales, customer service and upselling processes; KPI and analytics; change management; business-process management; and operational-maturity assessment. She has trained more than 3,000 Master Black, Black and Green Belts; helped achieve high ROI on more than 5,000 high-value Lean and Six Sigma projects; and helped her clients sustain breakthrough improvements, such as

  • Increasing quality of service and value to customers
  • Reducing operating costs
  • Increasing revenue streams
  • Increasing associate and management productivity


A thought-leader in change management, disruptive innovation and Lean and Six Sigma, Rini has authored numerous articles and has served on the adjunct faculty for the business schools of University of Notre Dame and the Ohio State University. Prior to PAKRA, she had founded Pentacle Partners LLC with Pamela Schmidt-Cavaliero and Anne-Claire France. She was the finalist for 2011 TIE Ohio Global Entrepreneur of the year. She holds an MA in economics and game theory from the State University of New York, an MS in applied mathematics and decision sciences from the University of Iowa, and a BS in mathematics from St. Xavier's College.

Anne-Claire is the president and owner of Houston Healthcare Innovations. For 25 years, she has helped leading health-care providers, pharmaceutical companies, medical-device companies and clinical-information-systems companies improve their clinical, product-development and operational practices to deliver better patient outcomes. She is a nationally known and published expert in patient-safety and clinical-outcomes management. Anne-Claire received a PhD in experimental psychology from Vanderbilt University and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in the Department of Family Practice and Community Medicine at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston.

Pamela Schmidt-Cavaliero

Pamela Schmidt-Cavaliero

Pamela is currently the President of PSC Training and Consulting, a firm she started few decades ago. Previously, she was Master Black Belt, Enterpise Quality Training & Development for United Health Group. For more than 25 years, she has been structuring and executing corporate-level change initiatives targeted at strategic priorities, such as implementation of continuous improvement/Six Sigma, integration after acquisitions and improving service levels while saving costs through restructuring. She is also skilled in executive-leadership development and management. She holds an MS in human resource education and organizational development from Fordham University.

Michelle Stewart

Michelle Stewart

Director, Board of Directors

Michelle has more than 15 years of experience in process and quality improvement and operational leadership. She has designed curricula to train sales and customer-service associates how to overcome objections. She has a proven track record of managing and executing complex work-flows, redesigning processes and ensuring process adherence. Her areas of expertise include designing and implementing process simulations and implementing change management. She attended the Columbus College of Arts and Design.
