Integrated Training
Our Integrated Training product, designed by our trainers, provides learning plans and curricula designs. These plans and designs seamlessly blend several training delivery methods including games, coaching, classroom training and peer learning with our client's existing training programs. Our trainers facilitate train-the-trainer instruction to your training staff.
The Integrated Training:
- Provides training to recruiters, trainers and supervisors on how our SaaS software can help them make targeted hiring, training and coaching decisions.
- Augments the learning that the Game Player receives while playing our games.
- Can be provided by clients’ in-house trainers, human resource personnel and supervisors.
- Includes interpretation of game play results, assessments and suggestions for classroom training.
The customer-driven design includes (i) a flexible, adaptable platform; (ii) easy to customize games; (iii) easy to set-up standard web technologies; and (iv) easy to understand analytics for decision-making.
