The Integrated Training:
- Provides training to recruiters, trainers and supervisors on how to use our products to make improved hiring, training, and coaching decisions
- Augments the learning that the Game Player receives while playing our games
- Includes interpretation of game play results, suggestions for classroom training, and recommended hiring and coaching interventions
- Is facilitated by our training staff in a train-the-trainer session with your recruiters, trainers, and supervisors
