Our games are designed to simulate any customer-facing or process-driven working environment like sales, fulfillment, help desk, or customer service centers.

The Games:

  • Are used for applicant screening, associate training, and educational purposes
  • Simulate your actual work processes and environment
  • Are “serious games” and feature levels of achievement that will keep your associates challenged and engaged
  • Have a media-rich, Web 2.0 interface
  • Are delivered from PAKRA’s server and can be linked to your Learning Communication System

While playing our games, your applicants and associates will learn more about their work environment and work processes. Game players will receive feedback on their performance and scores throughout the simulation. Every decision made during game play is recorded and reported out in the PAKRA Analytics.
