Our Console, is a delivery framework where all actions occur for users.

The Console:

• Is a visual GUI shell that allows Game Players to launch and play PAKRA Games and to interact with their peers.
• Allows Game Players to be benchmarked against their peers.
• Allows Game Players’ administrators, supervisors, and trainers to manage their learning processes and programs in “real-time”.
• Launches our people management software managing an associate from application to exit.
• Provides system administration features.
• Launches our social media and Wiki knowledge management interface.
• Launches our learning management system.
• Launches our coaching and mentoring management database.
• Launches our coaching and mentoring management database.
• Imports and stores real work-performance data.
• Allows industry-specific opportunities for other developers to launch widgets, applications and games.
• Is used by managers to launch Analytics and Integrated Training.
