Our PAKRA Analytics feature provides a full suite of reports allowing you to evaluate game play performance, real work performance, training, and coaching activities. Our PAKRA Analytics gives you the knowledge necessary to drive improved associate performance.
The Analytics:
- Provides an underlying, multi-layered database that can be queried.
- Provides standard reports
- Provides a dashboard of critical metrics
- Provides export capability
- Provides statistical measurement of the relationship between the Game Player’s performance in the Game and his/her real work.
- Provides benchmarks for clients within the same industry.
Our Analytics modeling is based on heuristically acquired knowledge, which is gained as “high quality work performers” are identified and their game-play is marked as “best practice.” By incorporating heuristically acquired knowledge, we can modify the content of the Game and the associated Integrated Training materials as our clients learn and benchmark.
