Our Analytics help in reporting work performance and game performance data. This tool allows Human Resource personnel, Operations management and Trainers to make decisions on how to implement learning plans, interventions and manage budgets.
The Analytics:
- Has an underlying, multi-layered database that can be queried.
- Provides standard reports, dashboard, export features.
- Provides statistical measurement of the relationship between the Game Player’s performance in the Game and his/her real work.
- Provides benchmarks for clients within the same industry.
Analytics modeling is based on heuristically acquired knowledge, which is gained as “high quality work performers” are identified and their game-play is marked as “best practice.” By incorporating heuristically acquired knowledge, we can modify the content of the Game and the associated Integrated Training materials as our clients learn and benchmark.
