Advisory Board

Our advisory board members come from leading games, web portal, training, and learning companies, as well as from academic institutions. They provide guidance to the management team in identifying potential product markets and advise on financing and operational issues. The management team strives to have an Advisory Board that is balanced in gender, age, geographic location and ethnicity.

Our Advisors are:

Vanuza Angelucci

Vanuza has over twenty years of experience in deploying Lean and Six Sigma, change management initiatives, organizational diagnosis and design initiatives, Innovation Lab initiatives. Currently, she manages the Lean and Six sigma deployment and training in Central and Latin America for Eli Lilly. Previously she was the Director of Human Resources at Eli Lilly. She holds a B.A. in Computer Science. She is a certified Master Black Belt in Lean and Six Sigma.

Vanuza is interested in PAKRA because she is eager to identify strategies that maximize the effectiveness of on-demand learning and performance solutions She also wants to understand the scalability, security and configurability of technology-mediated learning solutions.

John (Jack) P. Daley

Jack began his career in retail, which culminated in running all retail programs for the 1996 Olympic Games. He also has vast experience in business development with companies ranging from small start-ups to large multi-national corporations. Currently, he is acting as a consultant for several start-ups and is the Principal of JDCo Consulting company and the Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Alliance Solutions. Prior to start-up consulting he was the Senior Vice President of Plastic Jungle, Chief Operating Officer of Saratoga Polo Club, Springboard Management, XPO Enterprises LLC, Executive Vice President at BondRewards and AwardTrack. He received his M.B.A. from St. John's University, U.S.A. and his B.A. from Villanova University, U.S.A.

Jack is interested in PAKRA because of its management team and the niche that PAKRA appears to fit in the new economy.

Mallikarjun Das

Malli has a passion for data modeling using the meta discipline of System Dynamics. He uses this multidisciplinary approach to facilitate the understanding ad management of complexity in dynamic business and social settings. He has over 10 years of experience in Systems Dynamic Modeling, Media Planning and Market Research. Currently, Malli is the Chief Operating Officer of Madison Media Infinity an leads the Madison Media Research Centre. Prior to joining Madison Media, he worked as Deputy Practice Head for Simulations at Tata Interactive Systems. He also worked as the Media Director for Starcom and Media Director for Asian Paints. He is expected to receive his M.S. in System Dynamics from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute, U.S.A. in the near future. He holds a M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, India and B.S.c. in Statistics from Bharathiar University, India.

Malli is interested in PAKRA for the market potential and the possible evolution of the games and simulations to learn and address complex system issues.

Mary Federico

Mary has been consulting in Organizational Behavior and Lean Six Sigma principles for the past fifteen years. Currently, is the President at Organizational Behavior Strategies. Prior to this, she worked in the field of telecommunications as a consultant in product development and marketing. She also received a Executive Coaching Certification from Columbia University and is a certified Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator trainer and William Bridges' Leading Organizational Change trainer. She received her M.A. in Organization Psychology from Columbia University in New York, U.S.A. and her B.A. in Computer Science from Queen College City University of New York, U.S.A.

Mary is interested in PAKRA because of its management team. She is excited to learn about creative and new ways to engage and assess employees. She is also looking for an opportunity to interact with different organizations and work with professionals from different lines of work.

Mike Figliuolo

After graduating from West Point, Mike served in the U.S. Army as an officer. He also held roles including Platoon Leader and Duke University ROTC Professor. He later became a management consultant at McKinsey & Co where he learned strategy and executive communications. He has written extensively in professional development documents proprietary to McKinsey as well as publishing an article in The McKinsey Quarterly. Currently, he is the Founder and Managing Director of thoughtLEADERS, LLC. Prior to this, he was Vice President of Quality Improvement, Business Development Strategy and Customer Service for Scotts Lawn Service and Scotts Miracle-Gro. He was also Group Manager for Strategy & Analysis and Director of Specialty Collections at Capital One. He is commissioned officer of the Unites States Army. He has a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point and certificates from Tuck Business Bridge Program and McKinsey Mini M.B.A. Program.

Mike is interested in PAKRA because it is a technology start-up in Central Ohio and has an interesting management team. He also wants to learn about innovative ways to teach leaders how to make decisions.

Julie Holt

Julie has over twenty years of experience in delivering patient-care and managing health-care delivery in both inpatient and outpatient arenas. She has dedicated her career to creating the safest healthcare environments for patients through error prevention. Currently, she is the Chief Nursing Officer at the Westchester Medical Center, The Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati in Ohio. Prior to that she was Vice President of Patient Services at Drake Center and Director of Patient Services at the Jewish Hospital of Cincinnati. She received her MSN and BSN from the College of Nursing, University of Cincinnati, U.S.A.

Julie is interested in PAKRA because she wants to promote the patient safety products. It also gives her an opportunity to network with professionals outside her daily work environment.

Juan Innuria

Juan has almost thirty years of healthcare experience including a variety of leadership roles in quality, patient safety, and case management. He has held positions such as Performance Improvement Director, Case Management Director, and Outcomes Management Director both in acute care and psychiatric hospitals. He is currently the System Executive of Quality and Patient Safety for the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System in Houston, Texas. He is a member of National Association for Healthcare Quality and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and a Fellow of the Advisory Board. He serves in the Texas Hospital Association Quality and Patient Safety Committee and VHA National CEO Work Group and VHA Texas Quality Council. He attended the Universidad Autonoma de Mexico Medical School in Mexico City, Mexico and holds an M.B.A. in Healthcare Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas, U.S.A. He also received a B.S. from State University of New York, U.S.A.

Juan is interested in PAKRA because it is his mission to help healthcare providers reduce errors and eliminate patient harm by using innovative ways to increase knowledge and change behaviors of healthcare providers.

Rohit Jacob

Rohit has over ten years experience in systems design, business planning, and start-up businesses. Currently, he is pursuing a MBA from the University of Notre Dame, U.S.A. He was the Chief Executive Officer at Padinjareka Rubber and Plastics where he was instrumental in reducing the firm's negative capital and increasing profit margins. In this position, he was responsible for leading a small business with 80 people who manufactured and marketed 75,000 pairs of flipflops a month. He was also responsible for the creation of the wedding portal Shaaddis.com and served as the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director prior to its sale. He received a B.A. in Mathematics from St. Stephens College, India.

Rohit is interested in PAKRA because of his desire to be involved in start-ups and learn and experience the challenges a start-up faces in the U.S.A.

Rick Marriotti

Rick has more than ten years of experience in providing financial guidance in helping businesses grow. He is an advocate and student of “Open Book Management” and "Great Game of Business". He is active in his community and is a board member of the Buckeye Ranch and the director of the Sandra Mariotti Pancreatic Cancer Fund. Currently, he is the Vice President of Business Development at Quick Solutions, Inc. Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking head at Key Bank, one of the largest banks in the U.S.A. He also led the commercial business of National City Bank. He received a B.S. in Finance and Management from Franklin University, U.S.A.

Rick is interested in PAKRA because it gives him an opportunity to work with a company that is creating cutting edge technology to help employees learn and change their behavior.

Ashit Patel

Ashit has more than fifteen years of experience in jump-starting and managing cross functional teams consisting of managers, architects, software developers, quality assurance engineers, database administrators, IT engineers, and support engineers. He also has more than ten years experience in managing offshore development teams. He currently leads engineering efforts as the Vice President at Jooners.com. Before joining Jooners.com he worked at companies of all sizes including Sun Microsystems, Tavant Technologies, and SpikeSource. He holds a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Iowa, U.S.A. and an M.B.A. from University of California at Berkeley, U.S.A. He also holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, India.

Peter Ward

Peter Ward: Peter holds the Richard M. Ross Chair in Management and the Chairman of the Department of Management Sciences at Fisher College at the Ohio State University. He frequently participates in executive education programs including developing several successful certification programs in Lean management. He is the first president of the Lean Education Academic Network (LEAN), a global community of university educators dedicated to teaching systems thinking in universities. He has a D.B.A. in Operations Management from Boston University, U.S.A. and a M.S.B.A. in Urban and Regional Management and B.B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, U.S.A.

Peter is interested in PAKRA because of the potential to have innovative technology for the learning environment.
